Our colored glassware is made through mouth-blown full-color overlay glass craftsmanship, and each piece is hand-cut/engraved with unique designs. Please note the following:
- Normal craftsmanship characteristics: You may notice tiny bubbles on the glass surface—this is not a defect but a natural result of hand-blown glassmaking, proving the authenticity of handcrafted production.
- Unique hand-finished details: Due to the hand-cut/engraved process, each glass will have slight variations in pattern precision and texture. No two pieces are identical, which is the charm of handcrafted art.
If you mind these natural handcrafted features or unique variations, we kindly ask you not to make a purchase. We do not support returns or refunds for reasons related to these inherent craftsmanship characteristics.
2. Transit Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your glassware is damaged during shipping (e.g., broken, chipped, or cracked), we will:
- Accept a full refund or reshipment of the product.
- Cover all associated costs for this claim.
To file a claim: Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will process your refund or reshipment request promptly.
3. Returns for Other Reasons (Non-Craftsmanship Issues)
If you wish to return the glassware for reasons such as dislike, changed mind, or unsuitable matching, we support return processing under the following conditions:
- The product is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition (with all original packaging intact).
- You are responsible for all shipping and return freight fees.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
4. Exclusions
We do not support returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Returns due to personal dissatisfaction with natural handcrafted features (e.g., tiny bubbles, unique hand-carved variations).
- Returns requested after the 7-day return period.
