Edo Kiriko is a traditional Japanese hand-cut glass technique. Each piece is blown and then cut or engraved by hand, one at a time, to create the geometric patterns you see.

If your glassware is damaged in shipping — broken, chipped or cracked — we will send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we cover all associated costs. Just send us clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Is every piece identical?

No. Because each piece is hand-blown and hand-cut, the pattern precision and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. You may also notice tiny bubbles on the surface — this is a natural result of hand-blown glassmaking, not a defect.

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Economy express shipping takes 8–17 working days and is free on orders of $100 or more. Standard express shipping takes 5–13 working days and is free on orders of $200 or more.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and undamaged with all original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
